There are 3 steps to creating your pro account:
- You create an account on our site, mentioning your company name and VAT number.
- Send us a request to activate the conditions reserved for professionals using the contact form
- Our administrative department will check your application. Once your application has been accepted, you will be entitled to the rate reserved for professionals.
The conditions reserved for professionals only apply to orders you place from your account and once your account has been activated as a professional account.
We reserve the right not to accept all requests for the creation of professional customer accounts, without having to justify the reason.
