This CDA BMC intake kit consists of a 100% carbon fibre cylindrical airbox containing the washable and regenerable filter inside. The kit also comes complete with mounting accessories and flexible aluminium tubing. The carbon compound has low thermal conductivity, providing effective insulation against engine heat. Fresh air is routed directly to the filter, thermally insulated inside the carbon airbox, then routed to the engine via an airflow deflector with minimal power loss. The CDA filtration system is connected to a front air intake via a flexible aluminium tube. Thanks to this dynamic air intake, you get a truly dynamic supercharging system, with greater air flow, higher pressure and cooler air, all of which contribute to a considerable increase in engine performance in terms of both power and torque.
