Unlike the original airboxes that operate in a depression regime with reduced-section tubes, the OTA system works in a pressure regime, ensuring a constant and high air flow to the engine through the dynamic effect of air pressure.
Its innovative element, trumpet-shaped and strategically located near the air outlet, promotes optimal transfer of the airflow to the engine, reducing turbulence. This intelligent solution minimizes pressure drop along the engine's intake line, harnessing the potential of dynamic air pressure generated by the vehicle's speed in motion.
The air filter inside the airbox is made of a multi-layer pre-oiled filtering material, ensuring high filtration efficiency while maintaining a limited pressure drop in the air.
