This CDA BMC intake kit consists of a cylindrical 100% carbon fibre airbox containing a washable and regenerable filter. The kit also comes complete with mounting accessories and a flexible aluminium tube. The carbon compound has low thermal conductivity, providing effective insulation against engine heat: the fresh air is routed directly to the filter, thermally insulated inside the carbon airbox, then routed to the engine via an air flow deflector with minimal loss of power. The CDA filtration system is connected to a front air intake via a flexible aluminium tube. Thanks to this dynamic air intake, you get a truly dynamic supercharging system, with greater air flow, higher pressure and cooler air, all of which contribute to a significant increase in engine performance in terms of both power and torque.
